As part of our constant drive to improve your customer experience, we are delighted to announce the launch of our all NEW ‘Custom Device Tracking’ app.
So what exactly is the ‘Custom Device Tacking’ app?
The tracking app enables you to log into your Langer custom account through any web browser and view all of your current custom devices ‘in house’. You will be able to see when the cast was received by our lab, where in the manufacturing process it currently is and using our live turnaround data it will calculate an estimated dispatch date. Any devices on-hold will be highlighted at the top of the screen. The functionality to upgrade your device service to either 2 or 5 days is also built right in.
If you regularly take advantage of our Protect Policy, you will be able to view all of your patients with a live Protect Agreement, their expiry date and have the option to renew where desired.
