LBG Medical is a leading European manufacturer of custom orthotics and Sandal's hand crafted in our state of the art laboratory in the UK. We also stock our own designed footwear and prefabricated orthotics at the same facility providing the complete Biomechanical solution.

We continue to innovate, keeping in mind the needs of both patients and practitioners. This is possible through the manufacturing and engineering practices honed through our own custom made orthotic laboratory, which crafts and sells up to 40,000 pairs of orthotics each year which is well over 1 million pairs to date.
